Summary

SecurEnds is looking for a results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives and continually increase their individual and team performance through recruiting, coaching, training and systematically growing the team’s capabilities to maximize achievement. This role has direct management responsibilities over a team of business development representatives, but will also work on campaigns alongside the team in a “player/coach” model.

In this role, you will:
Assist in the hiring, onboarding and training of business development representatives.
Coach, train & manage your team who are in charge of nurturing & qualifying leads for our sales force.
Share responsibility for the achievement of our lead generation targets together with Marketing and Sales. Your team’s target is measured in Sales Accepted Opportunities.
With your team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), you will execute ABM campaigns across our key verticals and territories.
Support AEs with account-specific research and AE-led demand generation tactics, support design and execution of campaigns, qualify outbound opportunities and run pre- and post-event lead follow ups
Manage workload within your team to maximize lead generation effectiveness.
Have good knowledge and hands on mindset surrounding Quali/Disco call coaching and email structuring to generate success from outreach.
Focus is on continuously improving BDR/ABM effectiveness through executing consistently against defined processes, keeping open feedback channels across the entire lead generation chain, developing capabilities and managing against challenging targets.
We’re looking for people who:
Have ~2+ years experience as a SaaS Sales leader
Understand ABM and the role BDRs play in the lead generation context
Are an effective coach & people manager, who enables talent to grow and be their best selves at work
Are highly data driven, analytical and structured
Have a continuous improvement mindset, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures
Are proud of the achievements of your team. You’ve seen people flourish under your leadership and you want to do more of that.
Are committed to ensuring a strong partnership with key functional groups, including Marketing, Partnerships, Product Marketing and Operations, all aligned around the company goals
