Campaign Effectiveness Reports
Last Updated: November 1, 2023The reports tab houses all data related to your campaigns. Begin by navigating to Campaign Reports and hovering over the action button next to the campaign on which you wish to view reports. Campaign Report Campaign Reports Use Case: Campaign reports can be viewed mid-campaign to track completion status meaning the campaign does not have to be completed to track progress. Using the Export button at the top right, one can export a list of all users associated with a campaign with a cell designating their election status (Pending Review, Approved, Revoked). Explanation of export .csv and the data is shown below). Campaign Effectiveness Report Campaign Effectiveness Report Use Case: After completing an access review campaign, assume 100 elections were made. 75 were approved and 25 were revoked. No action is needed on the 75 approved users. For the 25 revoked users, their access needs to be changed and can be shown by clicking No Action within the campaign effectiveness report pie chart. End users are notified in 1 of 2 ways Email During campaign creation, appropriate end users are selected to receive information regarding campaign updates. Emails can be sent to a ticketing system. Ticketing System If your organization set up a ticketing system integration with us, tickets related to changes will be automatically created in a ticket. Ticketing ID and Status will be tracked in the Campaign Reports

Last Updated: September 30, 2021What is the Audit tab? The audit tab is the home for external auditors to log into SecurEnds and view proof of review completion. This view can be toggled to display limited or complete access to external auditors. SecurEnds access, when given to auditors, will only allow viewing of audit tabs and the information your organization allows visible within the tab. Auditors cannot view or make edits of previous / ongoing campaigns Audit tab contains two sub tabs: Audit Access & Historic Campaign Within SecurEnds, please navigate to Audit Audit Access Within Audit Access if you search for users, it will display all campaign reviews for with that user Historic Campaign Displayed in this tab is a view to sort through all past campaigns. It will look like this: Year Indicate from which year you wish to view reports If single year is selected, all campaigns from time frame will be shown. Campaigns Ability to select a specific campaign to view Example: Only view Q1 SOX Review Application Ability to view access review status of an entire application in the selected time frame Chart Type Display information visually in either a Pie Chart or Bar Graph Annual Totals Ability to sort view of past campaigns by year
