SecurEnds Product Engineering needs to perform scheduled maintenance from time to time in order to important updates to the core platform. This being an off-hours release we will ensure no users are logged in or no sync are underway. We are doing a scheduled release that will go into effect as of April 25, 2021 at 2:00 AM EST and will resolve the following items:
SFTP Flex Connector Enhancements
- Added the ability to map FTP file fields to attributes required within the SecurEnds application
- Additional fields that are not required will now be mapped as additional columns
- Added additional error handling
- Added support for, CSV-UTF-8, XLS and XLSX file formats
Generic Agent
- Added a new feature under Administration titled “Generic Agent Status” to monitor the status of connected Generic Agents*
- Added a new button within the Applications screen that will direct you to the “Generic Agent Status”*
- New alert emails will be triggered when an on-prem Generic Agent goes down and connection is lost with the tool*
*Requires Latest Generic Agent v2.309
Out of the Box Connectors
- All connectors now display “Regular” instead of “R” by default for Employee Type if not present
- Fixed issues for UltiPro (UKG) connector to properly capture the access status for users that move between inactive and active
Audit Access
- Audit Access is a product of the ILM module and has been moved out of the CEM module
Applications
- Fixed an issue where the check box of the “select all” feature would not clear after successfully excluding multiple credentials within the Applications Credentials screen
ServiceNow
- Fixed timeout issue when trying to access the configuration of an ServiceNow Incident ticket for an application
Row Counts
- Fixed an issue where the correct number of rows would not display properly after updating the settings within Page Configurations
Application Mindmap
- Updated messaging on the Application Mindmap for when an application with large amounts of credentials is selected
- Updated the maximum limit that can be shown on the Mindmap to be 1000 credentials
Entitlement Descriptions
- Fixed an issue where Entitlement descriptions would not properly display within the campaign review screen

Going forward you will be able to notice reduced processing times for synching of connector applications and improvement of the performance of the tool.
What you need to do to prepare ?
No action is needed for the changes to take into effect. Please note the Generic Agent updates will not affect current installed Generic Agents as they will continue to operate as normal. Please work with you SecurEnds Point of Contact or submit a Service Desk ticket to learn more on how to have your Generic Agent updated to take advantage of the new enhancements.
